People have little knowledge about starting and creating a website so I believe I can help them understand it and create one on there behalf. I have knowledge of Wix which lets you set up your own website and I can do this for others. It will after completion have them own the website and update themselves as many other website developers keep the website for upkeep and the organisation may stop operating. I can have a payment service to ask for advice or keep an eye of website but I want the customer to feel he can have full control over his website once I’m finished building it.
Also another part of the business is to help with IT Support with troubleshoot problems people have with there computers and give advise if they have very little knowledge about computers. This is because older people find it hard to know how to use a computer. Also there is always people who will scam people so having someone to talk to which I believe they want.
